Master a true blend of strength and dynamic mobility in this 6-week gym-based program. The Centr App gives you many ways to train. From fully coached workouts, to audio and self-guided training – you can do at home, in the gym, or on-the-go. The lifting app space is super annoying because you don’t have a standard file format like you do with endurance sport (.fit).

BUILD STRENGTH YOUR WAY

Centr makes it easy to commit, and I’ve improved my fitness, developed muscles, improved strength, flexibility, and balance. I’ve loved all the trainers who guide, encourage, and make workouts as enjoyable as possible. The recipes, meditations, and articles are a great bonus. Exclusive programs, hundreds of workouts, video guides, and healthy recipes. Join millions who have built strength and confidence with Heather’s simple approach to fitness.

Diverse fitness app

I think that’s the main distinction with Peak Strength, which is asks you what is your goal, asks you what equipment you have or don’t have, and then creates a specific workout plan based on that. It’s not quite like TrainerRoad but it does adjust the plan as you go, with specific periodization and what not. BTW I’m not affiliated in any way, I’ve just been very satisfied over the past few months.

Everything you need to reach your goals

One app, designed to keep you consistent and moving toward your goals.

Hypertrophy, strength, Pilates, HIIT and MetCon workouts are all utilized to keep our bodies moving in different ways to resist plateauing and keep our muscles guessing.

Being able to add the workouts to my calendar and just click right into that day’s workout is a game-changer for me.

I use Strong but it’s definitely simple and does what it does well but doesn’t have many bells and whistles.

Find community with Peloton Official Teams where you can connect with others, share milestones, and stay motivated with people who move like you do.

There are even coaches programs if you’re looking to achieve certain fitness goals…

I like using a simple training journal to track workouts and progress. But I’m sure an app is more efficient. Take part with users from every corner of the world in inspiring challenges and get the motivation to realize your full potential. And when you reach your fitness milestones, receive fun medals to give you an awesome sense of achievement.

NO-EQUIPMENT CARDIO & STRENGTH

We recognise their continued cultural and spiritual connection to the land, sky and waterways that surround us. We continue to learn and be curious about what it means to be a caretaker of this country and an ally to its people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future. It’s well thought out, syncs to strava. Others above said it doesn’t sync to TR, which is true.

BUILD SERIOUS MUSCLE & STRENGTH

It can even keep the display from sleeping during a workout. This progressive, three-phase training experience is designed to help you get stronger, build lean muscle, and finish feeling energized inside and out. Heather Robertson has built a global community by sharing effective, no-nonsense workouts on YouTube. As a certified trainer and nutrition coach, she designs programs that are accessible, engaging, and results-driven. Now, she’s gathered all of her best tools and resources into one place, giving you the support you need to thrive.

As a busy toddler mom, I don’t have time to overthink fitness, and this makes it so easy to stay consistent and actually enjoy it.” There are different programs, depending on what you are looking for or trying to accomplish. There are guides that help with form – which I find extremely helpful. There are recipes easy to follow and flavorful.”

I record my workouts with my garmin watch and that syncs over to TR. Helps with calorie management (I know it’s not very accurate, but at least it gives me an idea to go with). It has instructional videos if you need those, is easy to track 1rm. You can even share workouts with other users (sent my routine to my son). The app is well designed, easy to follow, and it keeps the essence of Heather’s workouts while adding great extras like recipes, guides, and programs. It really feels like having everything you need in one place.”

Join for the tracking, stay for the community.

After your free trial, App Membership is $0/mo for App One or $0/mo for App+. Cancel anytime before free trial ends. Choose from thousands of workout classes that fit your routine, ranging from 5-90 minutes, led by expert instructors. Track your progress and cheer each other on. Join over 100 million active people on Strava for free.

HUAWEI Health

The Hevy app icon is better than the Strong app icon. Have been through all the apps there are. Integrates with Strava in a very cool way, puts all the sets and weights into the description and makes a chart of the muscles worked. You can create workout routines and just hit start. Interface isn’t fussy at all to use in the gym. The app has thought of everything a person in the gym wants.

Best Fitness App and great range of programs

So if you start with one and decide you want to switch then you basically have to lose all your history and start from scratch. Workouts are only part of the equation—master healthy, balanced eating with a simple framework for hitting your protein goals. madmuscles user feedback Collect achievements, hit weekly goals, and stay motivated with an inspiring community.

App for strength training?

Although I have used their donation feature previously because I have used it so much. It syncs workout logs to Strava, if you want your HR data and stuff though you’ll need to use your watch or whatever to track a strength activity, which is what I do and that is what uploads to TR. It has a great workout builder though and is super easy to use once you get it set up, it’s definitely the best free app I’ve ever used. Heather’s programs are adaptable to all fitness levels. While she guides you through each workout you are always encouraged to work at your own pace. A healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise are necessary for weight loss, maintenance, muscle building or toning.

Take your functional strength and endurance to new heights with 6 weeks of high-intensity circuit training and guided breathwork.
